The Good Food Network is a community of people who want to connect with like-minded food lovers and fantastic food and drink businesses in the local area and beyond. If you share a passion for great quality products and a desire to strengthen your roots around the place you call home, then join us and become part of the fastest growing community of good food lovers in the UK.
To help keep the Good Food Network a fun place for all we've put together a few guidelines on how we expect individuals who joins the community to conduct themselves. Please note that your use of the Good Food Network is subject to adhering to these guidelines as well as our terms & conditions.
Your opinions make the Good Food Network the rich and bubbly place we all love. All we ask is that you play fair when you voice your opinion and remember that, even if something is not your cup of tea, constructive comments goes a lot further than cheap criticism. In short, if you wouldn't say it to their face, don't say it on the Good Food Network.
The Good Food Network is a place for you to share your stories, experiences and opinions. We want to hear what you think, in your own words, from your noggin. Please don't try to pass other people's views off as your own and remember that you're ultimately responsible for all the material you upload to the Good Food Network.
Sometimes people will voice an opinion on the Good Food Network that you strongly disagree with. Don't rise to the bait or be drawn into a public slanging match over it. Acknowledge that if everyone shared the same opinion the Good Food Network would be very bland and flavourless place, take a deep breath, count to three and move on. That said, if you feel an individual is repeatedly trying to start and argument just for the fun of it, use the report button function to let us know.
Offensive or abusive content won't be tolerated and the same goes for falsely attacking or defaming any of the businesses, events and individuals featured on the Good Food Network. If you come across a contribution that you think is in bad taste, use the report function to let us know.
If someone reports a contribution that you have made as offensive, abusive, defamatory or in any way a breach of these guidelines or our terms & conditions we will take action that could result in your content being removed and your account suspended or terminated.
Politeness, friendliness and respect = Good. Venting, arguing and unqualified criticism = Bad
