Over the years from 1979, Martin and Aline Parsons used the produce they grew in their kitchen garden at Womersley to make vinegars, dressings and jellies on the Aga at home.
Martin's flair for concocting deadly cocktails in his rakish youth was inherited from his father and he put that creativity to good use with the vinegars and dressings he devised at Womersley Hall.
In 2009 Rupert Parsons inherited the fruity world of Womersley and soon decided to rebrand the business to help the bottles stand out as beautifully as the different flavours within. This really emphasises how very versatile are these vinegars.
